Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on 21 December 2022 at 4.00pm. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

On 22 December 2022 Elizabeth Keene and Luke Norman were appointed as joint and several liquidators upon the resignation of Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 21 February 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
