Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Dennis Clifford Parsons, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of F G HOSKING & SON LIMITED on 17 March 2023 at 1.15pm, by shareholders’ resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
