Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ORION MINING LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 14 March 2023 at 1.45pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HUA LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 17 March 2023 at 10.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Vero Liablity Insurance Limited.

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NATUS METROCITY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 17 March 2023 at 11.04am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Body Corporate 328210.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TODDLER TOWN - EARLY LEARNING CENTRE LIMITED (formerly known as MAFI HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) (from 13 December 2019 to 16 January 2023) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 17 March 2023 at 6.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
