Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 the shareholders of the above-named company, on 12 January 2023 at 11.16pm, appointed Simon Dalton and Benjamin Francis, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, as liquidators.

The undersigned does hereby fix 15 February 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Please note that the liquidation is a result of a restructuring of the shareholders affairs. All known third party creditors have been paid.
