Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland on 17 March 2023 at 10.12am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on the application of Tokyo Food Company Limited.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 18 April 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
