Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 March 2023 on the application of Inland Revenue:

ULTIMATE CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.03am.

A J CIVIL EARTHWORKS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.06am.

We fix 21 April 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
