Notice is hereby given that on 10 March 2023 at 10.04am, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay of BDO Auckland, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers IP34 and IP40 respectively) were appointed joint and several liquidators of TEMPLAR FUND LIMITED by order of the High Court Auckland on application Dennis Clifford Parsons as appointee of the deceased estate of Jihong Lu.

Notice given that we fix 28 April 2023 as the day by which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
