Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 13 March 2023 at 9.00pm, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KITCHENER PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation on 13 March 2023, the company’s director signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of that declaration was delivered to Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 13 May 2023.
