Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies resolved that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
