Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named company by a resolution of its director on 24 November 2023 at 9.00am pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, Level 15, 12–26 Swanson Street, Auckland on 5 December 2023 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to decide:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators.
