Notice of Execution of Deed of Company Arrangement

Pursuant to Section 239ADY of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

At the watershed meeting of creditors of 27 January 2023, the creditors resolved that a deed of company arrangement (“DOCA”) be approved under section 239ABA(a) of the Act and that Malcolm Hollis (IP25) and John Fisk (IP18) of PricewaterhouseCoopers be appointed as the Deed Administrators.

The DOCA was duly executed by the directors of the company and the Deed Administrators on 12 February 2023.

A copy of the DOCA has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
