Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of the company pursuant to section 239J of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 July 2023.

The first meeting of creditors will be held by way of a video conference on Friday, 4 August 2023 commencing at 5.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position.
4. Submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
