Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Garry Whimp and Ben Francis, give notice that they were appointed administrators by a resolution of the director of the company on 10 July 2023 pursuant to section 239I(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Martelli Yaqub Lawyers, Level 8, AIG Building, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland on Friday, 21 July 2023 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• whether to replace the administrator.
