Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the Joint First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239AJ of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of CAHALITA TRADING LIMITED and J G TORY LIMITED (both administrator appointed) on 7 June 2023.

The first joint meeting of creditors will be held by way of a video conference on Monday, 19 June 2023 commencing at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting, in respect of each company, is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position.
4. Submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
