Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Notice is hereby given that the above-named companies were placed into administration pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, with Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, appointed administrators. The administrations commenced on the following dates and times:

• NZ FINTECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED: 12 May 2023 at 3.54pm.
• NZ FINTECH GROUP LIMITED: 16 May 2023 at 8.18am.

Notice of Concurrent First Creditors’ Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the above-named companies will be held at Rydges Latimer Christchurch, Clarendon Room, 30 Latimer Square, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011 on Thursday 25 May 2023 at 10.00am.

The purpose of this meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members for each of the companies; and
2. Decide whether there is any need to replace the administrators for each of the companies.
