Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, Chancellor of The New Zealand Order of Merit, and Principal Companion of The Queen’s Service Order has advised that The King has been pleased to appoint:

Rachel Jessica Hayward, Clerk of the Executive Council,

to the office of Secretary and Registrar of The Order of New Zealand, The New Zealand Order of Merit, and The Queen’s Service Order during His Majesty’s pleasure, in place of Michael Lindo Charles Webster, with effect from 28 November 2022.
