In the notice with the above title, published at 10.00am in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 2022, Notice No. 2022-sl5442, we stated that the Financial Markets Conduct (Irrigation Companies) Exemption Notice 2022 and the Financial Markets Conduct (Small Co-operatives) Exemption Notice 2022 were each made on the date 12/12/22. This was incorrect; both notices were made on 7/12/22.
