Pursuant to the Legislation Act 2019 and section 408 of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the issue on 2 February 2022 of the Food Notice: Approved Official Templates or Models for Food Control Plans Developed by Third Parties which came into force on 2 February 2022.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington 6140.
