Pursuant to regulations 30 and 43 of the Forests (Regulation of Log Traders and Forestry Advisers) Regulations 2022, notice is given of the issue on 16 November 2022 of the: Partial waiver of fees and levies for certain classes of applicants for registration as and registered log traders and forestry advisers, which came into force on 16 November 2022.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of Te Uru Rākau – New Zealand Forest Service, Level 1, 1 The Terrace, Wellington Central, PO Box 2526, Wellington.
