In accordance with the Legislation Act 2019, I give notice that I have made the following notice for the purpose of section 72A of the Fisheries Act 1996:

This notice is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI).
