Specification of Form and Content of Notice of Arrival for Ships

Pursuant to clauses 15 and 31C of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Maritime Border) Order (No 2) 2020 (“Order”), I, Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, declare that for the purposes of clauses 13, 14, and 15 of the Order masters of ships travelling to New Zealand must provide the following details:

Between 168 and 192 hours’ notice before the ship arrives in New Zealand, or, if that is not practicable, when the ship departs for New Zealand from a port or place outside New Zealand
