Hazardous Substances Transfer Notices Revocation Notice 2022

Pursuant to section 160A of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 and sections 32(1) and 48(2) of the Legislation Act 2019, the Environmental Protection Authority gives the following notice.

1. Title

This notice is the Hazardous Substances Transfer Notices Revocation Notice 2022.

2. Commencement

This notice comes into force on 1 August 2022.

3. Revocation of Hazardous Substances Transfer Notices

The following Hazardous Substances Transfer Notices are revoked:

  1. Hazardous Substances (Fumigants) Transfer Notice 2004
  2. Hazardous Substances (Sodium Fluoroacetate) Transfer Notice 2005
  3. Hazardous Substances (Vertebrate Toxic Agents) Transfer Notice 2004
  4. Hazardous Substances (Timber Preservatives, Antisapstains, and Antifouling Paints) Transfer Notice 2004
  5. Hazardous Substances (Miscellaneous Transfers) Transfer Notice 2006
  6. Hazardous Substances (Veterinary Medicines) Transfer Notice 2005
  7. Hazardous Substances (Pesticides) Transfer Notice 2004
  8. Hazardous Substances (Chemicals) Substances Transfer Notice 2006
  9. Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice No. 35 2004
