Notice of Partnership Retirement

From 1 December 2022 John Hamish Freebairn, Liam Patrick Hehir and Lynton Harold Powell will commence business as partners in a firm trading as Freebairn and Hehir, operating from premises at 85 The Square (PO Box 926), Palmerston North 4410. The firm will be a practice of lawyers.

The legal practice known as Lyn Powell Legal will be unaffected.

From that date John Freebairn and Liam Hehir will cease to be partners in the firm trading as Fitzherbert Rowe, being a practice of lawyers based in Palmerston North and also operating in other locations. They will not be liable for debts incurred in the name of Fitzherbert Rowe from the date.
