I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

ART ASSOCIATES LIMITED (204146) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 6 June 2019. The effect being Christopher James Myhre remains a shareholder of 1 share, while Jade Leaha Voni Bentley s a shareholder of 999 shares.
2. To submit amended Annual Returns for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
