I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

BEACH BEND ROAD COMPANY LIMITED (1261129) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove the Particulars of Director dated 25 November 2016, 7 June 2019, and 13 June 2019. The effect being Marama Sharon West remains a director.
2. Remove the director’s consent registered on 7 June 2019. The effect being Marama Sharon West is a director since incorporation.
3. Remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 6 December 2017, 4 June 2019, and 13 June 2019. The effect being Marama Sharon West remains a shareholder of 50 shares.
4. Submit amended annual returns for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
