I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

GENX CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (8141431) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To amend a Particulars of Shareholding dated 29 March 2022. The effect being ESH TRUSTEE LIMITED holds 60 Shares and JRGAO TRUSTEE LIMITED holds 60 shares.
2. To submit an amended annual return for 2021.
