Pursuant to section 383(5) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Vanessa Cook, Assistant Registrar of Companies, hereby give notice that by Order of the High Court at Auckland, Paul Neville Bublitz is prohibited, for a period of three years and six months, without leave of the Court, from being a director or promoter of or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the management of a company, pursuant to section 383(1) of the Companies Act 1993. This Order took effect from 30 August 2022.
