I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

SIMMONDS CONTRACTING LIMITED (6302048) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To amend a Particulars of Shareholding dated 16 December 2020. The effect being the date of registration is amended to 31 March 2019.
2. To submit amended annual returns for 2019 and 2020.
