I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

NORTHLAND ACQUISITIONS LIMITED (48088) – to remove the Particulars of Director dated 12 September 2022. The effect being Donald William Crump remains a director.

SGAH INVESTMENTS LIMITED (4954299) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To amend the Particulars of Shareholding dated 11 November 2021. The effect being Gurpreet Bains was a shareholder of 300 shares, Shaminder Kaur was a shareholder of 350 shares, and Tara Singh was a shareholder of 350 shares.
2. To submit an amended annual return for 2022.
