I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. To remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 12 November 2021 at 9.44pm.
2. To remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 29 January 2022.
3. To submit amended annual returns for 2022.

The effect being Alejandro Guarin Davila remains a shareholder of 746000 shares, Brad Douglas Thomson remains a shareholder of 133000 shares, AUT VENTURES LIMITED (1710991) remains a shareholder of 72000 shares, and Ankit Sehgal remains a shareholder of 49000 shares.
