This document notifies you that:

1. Members of the public are notified that on 14 December 2021, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of SYNDICATE 27 LIMITED and DANCING SHOES LIMITED was filed in the High Court at Whanganui.
2. The order sought is an order to remove Julie Ann Boswell as director of SYNDICATE 27 LIMITED and DANCING SHOES LIMITED.
3. The application is to be heard in the Whanganui High Court on 12 September 2022 at 10.00am.
4. A person, other than Julie Ann Boswell, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
5. The plaintiff is Devon Wayne McGarry, whose address for service is the offices of Treadwell Gordon, 1 Bates Street, Whanganui 4500.
