I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

BUNNYBIRD LIMITED (8115762) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To amend the Update Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 1 August 2022. The effect being the date would be changed to 1 April 2021.
2. To submit an amended annual return for 2021.
