Public Notice of Intention to Transfer Registration of Company to Other Jurisdiction

Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

MJAS INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED with its registered office at John W Hart Limited, Level 6, 36 Kitchener Street, Auckland 1010, hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Act, that it intends on or after 10 March 2022 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice) to apply under section 351 of the Act to be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Cayman Islands.
