I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. To remove the Appointment of Liquidator dated 18 January 2022.
2. To change the Company status of MB&E LIMITED from “In Liquidation” to “Registered.”
3. To remove the historical record of MB&E LIMITED’s company status. The effect being MB&E LIMITED has never been put into liquidation under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993.
4. To remove the Particulars of Company Address dated 18 January 2022. The effect being the Registered Office Address, Address For Service and Address For Communication remain as “18 Edgeware Road, Wilton, Wellington 6012, New Zealand.”

1. To remove the Appointment of Liquidator dated 2 May 2022.
2. To change the Company status of WELLINGTON WATERFRONT LUXURY APARTMENT LIMITED from “In Liquidation” to “Registered.”
3. To remove the historical record of WELLINGTON WATERFRONT LUXURY APARTMENT LIMITED’s company status. The effect being WELLINGTON WATERFRONT LUXURY APARTMENT LIMITED has never been put into liquidation under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993.
4. To remove the Particulars of Company Address dated 2 May 2022. The effect being the Registered Office Address and Address For Service remain as “415 Te Moana Road, Waikanae, Waikanae 5036 , New Zealand,” and the Address For Communication remain as “P O Box 3324, Wellington.”
