Section 124(1) of the Building Societies Act 1965

The Registrar of Building Societies, pursuant to section 124(1)(c) of the Building Societies Act 1965 hereby cancels the registration of PACIFIC EAGLE CAPITAL (2008105) on and from 1 August 2022 on the ground that it has, after notice from the Registrar, contravened the provisions of the Act.
