The effect being Phillip Michael Boylen was appointed a director on 1 June 2022.

1. To remove the Particulars of Director dated 10 May 2021. The effect being Jason Richard Stevens remains a director.

3. To remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 10 May 2021. The effect being Jason Richard Stevens remains a shareholder of 50 shares.
4. To file an amended annual return for 2021.
