I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Notice of the appointment (25 March 2022) and the vacation of liquidator (26 March 2022) will be removed. The company will be returned to a registered status. Particulars of company address (25 March 2022) will be deleted and correct addresses shown.
