Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held in the offices of Karstens NZ, Level 4, 205 Queen Street. Auckland, on 13 December 2022, commencing at 10.30am. Registration commences at 10.15am.

Business

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton as liquidators.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.

Creditors who wish to vote at the meeting must send their creditor claims, postal votes, or proxies to info@gerryrea.co.nz by 4.00pm on 9 December 2022.

Kindly note to enable a full and open exchange of discussion only creditors or their proxies will be permitted to attend the meeting.
