Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 Companies Act 1993

Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GENETIC DEVELOPMENT (NZ) EXPORTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 92 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 5 September 2022 at 10.54am.

A creditor meeting will be held on 21 October 2022 commencing at 10.30am. The meeting will be held at the below address: PwC Centre, Level 4, 109 Ward Street, Hamilton 3240.

Meeting Purpose:

1. To confirm our appointment as liquidators or appoint a named replacement liquidator, or to make an application to the Court for the appointment of a named replacement liquidator;
2. to convey the views of creditors to the liquidators;
3. to appoint a liquidation committee.

The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting.

Resolution A: That our appointment as liquidators be confirmed.

Resolution B: That another liquidator be appointed in place of the appointed liquidators; or that an application be made to the Court for the appointment of another liquidator in place of the appointed liquidators.

Resolution C: That a liquidation committee be formed.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
