Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed receivers to LINK TRUST (NO.1) on 31 May 2022 by order of the High Court at Wellington on the application of Body Corporate 81012, 68792, and 378945.

Notice is hereby given that any creditors of the Trust whose claims have not been proven in a Court or Tribunal or admitted by the Official Assignee in the bankruptcy of Harry Memelink are to prove their claims by completing and returning a proof of debt in the prescribed form to the receivers no later than 28 October 2022.
