Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of PASTA NOSTRA LIMITED and PASTA NOSTRA MANAGEMENT LIMITED (both administrator appointed) will be held via video conference on Wednesday 16 February 2022 commencing at 11.30am.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine:
1. whether to adjourn the meeting to a later date; or
2. whether to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
3. whether to bring the administration to an end; or
4. whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
