Notice of Extension of Convening Period

Pursuant to Part 15A, Section 239AT(3) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is provided that the convening period for both PASTA NOSTRA LIMITED (administrator appointed) and PASTA NOSTRA MANAGEMENT LIMITED (administrator appointed) is extended, by Order of the Court made on 5 January 2022, and will now end on 14 February 2022.
