ARCHITECTURAL WINDOW SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of ARCHITECTURAL WINDOW SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held on Thursday 7 April 2022 at 4.00pm by conducting a postal ballot in accordance with Schedule 5 clause 1(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidator appointed in terms of section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 or to appoint another liquidator in his place and whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Voting will take place by postal ballot. Creditors’ claims and postal ballots must be lodged with John Scutter of Fervor Limited, by 4.00pm on Thursday 7 April 2022 via email to bev@fervor.co.nz or by post to PO Box 2236 Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu 5255.
