Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12436099.1 by Selwyn District Council, c/- Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, 83 Victoria Street, Christchurch Central (Attention: Blake Cescon) for 155 Greenpark Road, Lincoln, 2214m² more or less being Lot 1 LT 511478 and being Part Rural Section 5750 and Part Rural Section 5756 in Record of Title CB371/114 owned by Joseph Bernard Fleete and Edward Yarr as trustees of Greenpark Public Hall Committee. The applicant claims to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for 32 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 7 October 2022. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
