Application for Record of Title to Access Strip—148a St Asaph Street, Christchurch
Notice is given under section 186(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 (“Act”) of an application to issue a record of title to an access strip between St Asaph Street and Durham Street South, Christchurch.
We intend to create a record of title for the access strip in the name of the applicants in shares, unless a caveat preventing the application is lodged with us under section 187(1) of the Act before 18 July 2022.
The applicants are claiming upon the grounds that they are the registered owners of all the lots that adjoin the access strip. The access strip was set aside on Deposited Plan 8062 for the purpose of providing access from adjoining land to existing roads and is principally still being used for that purpose.
Access Strip: 148A St Asaph Street being 364 square metres more or less, Lot 11 on Deposited Plan 8062 in Record of Title CB5C/685, Canterbury Land District in the name of James Alfred Harrow.
