Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its Ordinary Meeting of 26 October 2021, hereby changes the classification of the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto from recreation reserve to local purpose (esplanade) reserve.
