Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council pursuant to a resolution dated 24 May 2016, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation herby declares that the land described in the Schedule is recreation reserve and pursuant to section 16(2) is deemed classified for that purpose within the meaning of the Act.
