Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown.
3. Pursuant to sections 116, 117 declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to Section 120, be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NL100/56 subject to Mortgage 5530597.1 and all existing encumbrances, to be subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
