Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977 and to the delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Auckland Council hereby classifies the reserve described in Schedule 1 as local purpose (fire station) reserve and the reserve described in Schedule 2 as local purpose (community facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
