Land Declared Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Garston, Southland District
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Southland District Council and, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be stopped, and once stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Record of Title 977577 and be subject to Mortgage 10061407.3, from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
